摘要
合成了新型荧光探针单(6-对氨基苯甲酸-6-脱氧)-β-环糊精(ACD). 探讨了与Cr2O2-7的识别反应. 在pH 4.90的NaAc-Hac缓冲溶液中, Cr2O2-7能使ACD的荧光猝灭, 据此建立了测定Cr(Ⅵ)的新方法, 在最优化实验条件下, 线性范围为5.20~1 040 μg·L-1, 检出限1.26 μg·L-1. 22种常见离子干扰实验结果表明该试剂对Cr2O2-7有较高的选择性识别效果. 此法用于电镀液、电镀废液中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的测定, 结果令人满意.
A novel fluorescence probe, rnono[6-o-(4-aminobenzoic acid)]-β-cyclodextrin(ACD), was synthesized, and a new sensitive fluorescence identification reaction was studied based on the reaction of Cr2O7^2- with compound ACD in NaAc-HAc buffer medium atpH 4.90. Under optimal conditions the determination limit was 1.26μg·L^-1. The linear range was 5.20-1040μg·L^-1. This method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of chromium (Ⅵ) in electroplating liquor, electroplating waste water with satisfactory results.
