丝羽乌骨鸡胚胎增重规律的研究

STUDY ON RULE OF EMBRYO GROWTH-WEIGHT GAIN FOR SILKES

对丝羽乌骨鸡孵化过程中胚胎的生长特征和增重进行了观察与测定，并对其增重模型进行了研究。结果表明，乌骨鸡的胚胎呈阶段性生长，可初步分为５胚龄前的缓慢生长、６～８胚龄的补偿生长、９～１５胚龄的加速生长、１６～１９胚龄的平稳生长和１９胚龄以后的迅速生长５个阶段。对鸡胚胎增重曲线的模拟以Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ效果最优，Ｒ￣２值在０．９９以上。模型为Ｗ＝２０．１８２６６×（１＋１９３４．７３８４４ｅ￣（０．４７２２４ｔ））￣（－１）。以改进的ＭＰＥ作为拟合效果的度量指标符合胚胎生长实际。

The character observation and weight determination are made to embryo growth of Silkesin China when it was being in hatched, and its weight gain model was also being studied.It isshowing that Silkes' embryo growing process is in a wave type state,it can be devided into fivestage iultialy,the retarded growth before 5th age,the compensatory growth from 6th to 8th,the accelerating growth between 9 th and 15 th,the steady growth from 16 th to 19th and 19 thlater then rapid growth.While the growth curve's simulation for chicken embryo indicate thatLogistic equation have the best effect,the model is W= 20.182 66(1+1934.73844e￣(-0.47224t))￣(-1).the value of R￣2 is above 0.99.Using improved MPE value agrees with thepractise of embryo growth when it acts the measuring index of imitation effect.
