摘要
用不同剂量的Ag+、Pb2+胁迫轮藻,研究其光合色素含量及甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(简称GAP脱氢酶)活性的变化.结果表明胁迫效应随重金属种类、胁迫时间及剂量而变化.胁迫初期二指标变化不大,甚至呈增长趋势;随时间延长二指标显著降低;且胁迫效果Ag+>Pb2+.
The change of photosynthetic pigment content and Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPdehydrogenase) activity was studied with Ag^+ ,Pb^2+ stressing Chara by different doses. The result indicates that stress effect changes with kinds, stressing time and doses of heavy metal. During stressing initial stage, the two indexes have little change, showing rising trends mainly. But they reduce strikingly with time delaying. And the stress impact is Ag^+ 〉Pb^2+ .
