μClinux环境下Flash存储技术应用研究

摘要 Based on the architecture of MTD(Memory Technology Device),which is one of the subsystem of μClinux, Authors expatiate how to configure flash and use MTD subsystem via kernel configuration and edition of Flash’s parameters setting program, then enable the usage of JFFS2 file system. Experimental results show that this flash memory storage technology fits the development of Embeded System conveniently.
