摘要
基于LabVIEW7·0Express环境的串口通信,实现了上位监控软件对PCR反应过程的实时监控,一方面,上位机下发指令;控制PCR仪中的热循环模块的温度设定,步进电机的动作、激发光源的快关:另一方面,下位机上传数据,确认PRC仪当前运行状态、当前的反应度等。
Based on serial communication in LabVIEW 7.0 Express environment, real time monitoring software in master computer for PCR reaction proeess is implemented. Tile commands are issued by master computer, controlling temperature set-point of heat cyclic module in FCR, operating the step motor and fast activating light source; on the other hand, the slave computers upload data to determine current status of operation and reaction condition of PCR.
