摘要
采用分散聚合法,以乙醇水为介质,在Fe3O4磁流体存在下,通过苯乙烯与聚氧乙烯大分子单体(MPEO)共聚制备了同时具有两亲性和磁响应性的端基为氨基的高分子微球.改变聚合条件可以得到平均粒径范围在5~80μm,氨基含量为0.01~0.25mmolg的两亲磁性高分子微球.
Poly(ethylene oxide) macromonomer (MPEO) was synthesized by the reaction of acryloyl chloride and biamino poly (ethylene oxide)( NH2-PEO-NH2 ) prepared from PEG by Gabriel reduction. Amphiphilic polymer magnetic microspheres conlaining amino groups were prepared by dispersion copolymerization of styrene and MPEO in the presence of Fe3 04 magnetic fluid in ethanol/water medium. The content of the amino groups localized in the microspheres ranged from 0.01 to 0.25 mmol/g. The amphiphilic magnetic microspheres ranging in diameter from 5 to 80μm could be prepared by changing dispersion polymerization conditions. The mechanism of magnetic microspheres nucleation and growth was discussed.
