苯酚-硫酸比色法测定远志及地上部分多糖的含量

Determining the polysaccharides from Polygala tenuifolia by Phenol-sulphate colorimetry

目的建立远志多糖的含量测定方法.方法采用苯酚-硫酸比色法.结果葡萄糖在0.025～0.125 mg·ml-1线性范围内平均回收率为96.67%,RSD=3.78%(n=6),远志根多糖含量为4.84%,地上部分为6.86%.结论所用方法快速、准确,便于实际应用,远志地上部分具有综合利用价值.

OBJECTIVE To determine and compare the content of polysaccharides in roots and aerial parts of polygala temifolia.METHODS Phenol-sulphate colorimetry was used to determine the content of pachyman.RESULTS The content of polysetcharides was determined by phenol-sulphate colorimetry with linear range of 0.025-0.125mg·ml^-1 and average recovery of 96.67%.The content of polysaccharides in aerial parts of P.tenuifolia was higher than that in roots.CONCLUSION the method is simple.rapid and accurate.The aerial parts of P.tenuifolia have more value in use.
