摘要
目的测定注射用头孢曲松钠的含量.方法采用高效毛细管电泳法, 毛细管60 cm×75 μm,运行缓冲液为25 mmol·L-1四硼酸钠(pH 8.2),高压进样5 s,分离电压20 kV,温度25℃,检测波长254 nm,头孢拉定为内标.结果头孢曲松钠在4~20 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.01%,RSD=2.13%(n=5).结论所用方法简便、快捷、灵敏.
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Ceftriaxone sodium for injection. METHODS High - performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) was adopted. The optimal condition was achieved with a fused silica capillary tube ( 60 cm×75μm), 25 mmol· L^-1 sodium tetraborate buffer (pH 8.2), a constant voltage of 20 kV and temperature at 25℃. The UV detection wavelength was set at 254 run with Cefradine as internal standard. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 4 - 20μg· ml^-1 for Ceftriaxone sodium ( r=0. 9996). The average recovery of Ceflriaxone sodium was 99.01% with RSD of 2.13 % ( n = 5 ). CONCLUSION This method is simple, quick and sensitive.
