摘要
目的建立双黄连口服液的含量测定方法.方法采用HPLC法测定连翘苷的含量.结果连翘苷在0.193～0.967 μg范围内的线性关系良好(r =0.9991),平均回收率98.6%,RSD=1.7%(n=5).结论所用方法简便可行,重复性好,为双黄连口服液的质量控制提供了依据.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of forsythinin content in Shuanghuanglian oral solution. METHODS An HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of forsythin. RESULTS The study showed that forsythin was linear within the range of 0. 193 to 0. 967μg （ r = 0. 9991 ）. The average recovery, was 98.6 % with RSD of 1.7 % （ n = 5 ）. CONCLUSION The method is simple and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Shuanghuanglian oral solution.
