钼、硼供给水平对大豆钼、硼吸收与分配的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以3个大豆品种为研究材料,设置不同的钼、硼水平,研究了4个生育期大豆对钼、硼的吸收和分配的变化.结果表明:适量施钼或硼后,大豆钼或硼的吸收量和含量都显著增加,钼高量使大豆钼的吸收量和含量进一步增加,硼高量则使大豆硼的含量增加而吸收量降低;钼适量在生长前期抑制硼含量的上升,在后期则促进大豆硼含量的增加,硼适量在前期有利于大豆钼含量的增加,在后期则产生相反的效果;钼、硼适量使前期大豆钼的吸收量和含量较钼适量高,在后期则较钼适量低,钼、硼适量处理时大豆硼的吸收量在各处理中最高,但该处理大豆硼的含量在整个生长期一直低于硼适量处理;钼、硼高量处理的大豆钼或硼吸收量和含量都介于钼高量和硼高量处理之间;大豆所吸收的钼主要向籽粒转移,所吸收的硼主要积累在叶中;在不同钼、硼各处理下3个大豆品种的钼、硼吸收和分配存在一定的差异. The absorption and distribution of molybdenum (Mo) and boron (B) with different levels of Mo and/or B supplies were studied in three varieties of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) plants at four growth stages by pot culture. The results showed that proper supply of Mo and/or B significantly increased the absorption of Mo and B by soybean and high supply of Mo enhanced Mo absorption and content of soybean, whereas high supply of B decreased B absorption, although the B content of soybean was increased. Single Mo addition at proper level lowered B content of soybean at early stage, but increased it at later stage. The effect of single B addition at proper level on Mo content of soybean was opposite to the effect of Mo addition on B content of soybean. Combined application of proper Mo and B level led to more Mo absorption by soybean, and hence higher Mo content, than single proper Mo level at early stage, but less at later stage; the absorption of B was the highest in all treatments at early stage and the B content was lower than single B supply at whole stage. The absorption of Mo or B by and Mo or B content of soybean under condition of combined high Mo and B levels were between those of high Mo alone and high B alone. Mo absorbed by soybean mainly accumulated in seeds and B in leaf. Some genetic variation in the responses to Mo and / or B was found among three soybean varieties.
