温阳活血法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical Study on Yang-Warming and Blood-Activating Therapy for Chronic Heart failure

为探讨温阳活血法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效,将120例CHF患者随机分为4组,每组30例。治疗1组以温阳法为主,设对照1组;治疗2组以活血法为主,并设对照2组。对照的1、2组予基础治疗加安慰剂。疗程3个月。观察中医证候积分疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)和脑钠肽(BNP)水平的变化。结果:治疗组中医证候积分、LVEF、BNP水平变化均优于对照组。提示温阳活血法治疗CHF疗效确切。

To study the clinical effects of yang-warming and blood-activating therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure, 120 subjects were randomized into group AI and group B1 which were of yang deficiency, and group A2 and group B2 which were of blood stasis. Besides routine western treatment, herbal treatment was also given on syndrome differentiation. The syadrome score, left ventrieular ejection fraction （LVEF） and brain natriuretie peptide （BNP） level were observed. Results： In treatment groups, the syndrnme scores. LVEF and BNP level improved much better than control groups. It is indicated that this Therapy is quite effective for CHF.
