摘要
从慢性软组织损伤中的粘连、瘢痕、挛缩、堵塞的病理变化着手,阐述慢性病以络脉瘀滞为其主要病机,并以久病入络、五脏宜通之论佐证五脏六腑、奇恒之腑在慢性疾病中存在着瘀滞现象。强调活血法在慢性病治疗中的重要作用。
From the perspectives of adhesion, scaring, contraction and obstruction of the soft tissue injury, it is believed thai chronic diseases result from collateral blood-stasis and the chronic visceral diseases are also caused by blood stasis. Blood-activaring therapy plays an imporlant role in the treatment of chronic diseases.
