自拟更年汤防治妇女更年期综合征60例

Treatment of Climacteric Syndrome in 60 Women by Self-Made "Gengnian Decoction"

将108例妇女更年期综合征患者随机分为2个组,治疗组60例用自拟更年汤治疗;对照组48例口服谷维素及安定片,2组均以1个月为1疗程,共治3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率66.67%,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。

One hundred and eight subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by “Gengnian Decoction” and control group in which 48 cases were treated by Oryzanol and Valium Tablet, with 3 courses. Result： The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group, P 〈0.01.
