摘要 以16V280ZJA型柴油机油液理化检测结果为例,应用灰色理论中能够反映数据整体接近程度的加权灰色关联度计算出了参数之间的关联度和关联序。根据得到的结果可以确定参数之间的密切程度,有助于设备状态评判的相互印证和推判,进而弥补诊断过程中信息不全的缺陷,或者根据指标的相关性可以省去一些指标的检验,从而节省成本和时间。 Oil physicochemical results of 16V280ZJA diesel engine were taken as an example, and grey weighted-relational degree, showing whole approaching degree of parameters, was applied to calculate the relational degrees and relational order of the parameters. According to the obtained results, the closing degree of parameters can be determined, which could be helpful to co-verifying and deductive judgment and to make up lack of information during fault diagnosis; or some items could be reduced according to their correlations to save monitoring cost and time.
