摘要
通过理论计算,设计的初炼炉出钢成分(%)为:w(C)=0.50~0.60,w(Mn)=0.40~0.50,w(Si)=0.20~0.30,w(Ni)=15.20~15.50,w(Cr)=17.00~17.30,出钢温度为1 660~1 680℃,能为超低碳高硅不锈钢KY704在VOD精炼过程中提供足够的热能.严格选择辅助材料和铁合金以及加入时间和方式,达到了降碳保铬的目的,成品碳和硫的质量分数均为0.008%,熔炼成分和各项检测指标满足使用要求,综合成材率达到76.32%.
Based on theoretical calculation,the designed tapping composition of primary melt from EAF is (%):(w(C))=0.50~0.60,w(Mn)=0.40~0.50,w(Si)=0.20~0.30,w(Ni)=15.20~15.50,w(Cr)=17.00~17.30,at a tapping temperature 1660~1680 ℃,which can provide enough energy for VOD refining process of KY704.By reasonable selection of auxiliary materials and ferroalloys and the time and sequence of adding the carbon can be lowered to the required level with chromium saving.The contents of carbon and sulfur are 0.008% in finished product.The specifications of final product meets the requirements.The comprehensive yield reached 76.32%.
