摘要 为了增大SP轧机模块的有效定宽范围,提出在SP轧机同步机构上增加一个曲柄滑块的方法,并利用矢量理论建立了该系统的整体运动学模型,结合复合形寻优技术,以模块匀速段区间长度和最大侧压量为目标函数进行优化分析,使得同步框架匀速段增加了39.6%,有效行程增加了49.76%,结果表明该方法极大地提高了SP轧机模块的定宽范围。这为掌握SP轧机的运动特性和进一步改进提供了理论依据。 To increase the effective width range of SP rolling mill's dies, a crank block was added to the synchronization mechanism and the aggregate kinematics model was built with vector theory, and the model was analyzed with complex method to optimize the length of uniform motion section and length of maximum side pressure of the die. As a result, the length of uniform motion and effective stroke of synchronous frame were increased by 39.6% and 49.76%respectively. The results showed that the method can increase width range of the SP rolling mill's die. It is a theoretical base to understand kinetic characteristics of SP rolling mill and improve the mill further.
