油页岩半焦燃烧特性的研究 被引量:33

摘要 采用热分析法对油页岩半焦燃烧特性进行了实验研究,并讨论了干馏度和升温速率对半焦燃烧过程的影响。干馏度影响失重初析温度和低温段燃烧历程,而对高温段燃烧影响不大;不同升温速率下的燃烧TG曲线表明,升温速率低有利于颗粒的燃尽;而不同升温速率下的燃烧DTG曲线表明,升温速率高,颗粒失重速度快;半焦着火温度随着挥发分含量的降低而明显升高,但升温速率对半焦着火温度影响不大。为保证半焦通过循环床炉膛能一次燃尽,建议适当减小半焦颗粒直径和延长颗粒在炉内的停留时间。最后采用二元一次线性回归法求出了半焦燃烧动力学参数,计算结果可供数值仿真和工程设计参考。 This paper studied combustion performance of oil shale semi-coke by thermogravimetric analysis method and talked about the effect of distillation degree and temperature rising rate on combustion process. Distillation degree influences the start temperature of mass loss and combustion process of low-temperature stage, but has little effect on combustion of high-temperature stage; TG curves obtained under different temperature rising rates show that lower temperature rising rates are beneficial to burnout of semi-coke, but DTG curves show that rate of mass loss will increase with temperature rising rates; ignition temperature will increase with content of volatile decreasing, but have little relation to temperature rising rates. In order to confirm complete burnout of semi-coke passing once through the furnace of CFB, the author advised reducing the diameter of semi-coke and lengthening the residence time of it in the furnace. At last, combustion kinetic parameters of semi-coke were calculated by binary linear regression and the results may be referred to for emulation calculation and engineering design.
