摘要
该文对300MW四角切圆煤粉锅炉采用低NOx正、反切同轴燃烧系统进行了详细的炉内空气动力场模拟试验研究。通过对比分析偏置二次风与反切一次风对炉内气流相对切圆直径、旋转动量流率矩、湍动度和水平烟道沿宽度方向的速度偏差比等的影响,以及燃尽风布置方式对炉内气流特性的影响进行的分析研究,得出了大容量四角切圆煤粉锅炉采用同轴反切燃烧系统、配以高速分离墙置燃尽风,对降低NOx排放、保证锅炉较高燃烧效率、减轻锅炉过热器和再热器热偏差均有利的结论。
ABSTRACT: Particular model experiment was carried out to study the aerodynamic field of low NOx positive/opposing concentric tangential firing system in a 300MW pulverized fuel boiler. The effect of deflected secondary air and opposing primary air on the relative diameter of the tangential firing, rotation momentum flux, turbulence magnitude and the velocity variation in horizontal flueway and the effect of layout form of OFA on flow characteristics in furnace are analyzed. The experimental result shows that, concentric opposing tangential firing system and wall disposal high velocity OFA will be of help to lower NOx emission, ensure high efficiency of combustion, and lighten thermal variation of superheater and reheater.
