摘要
目的:通过对紫花地丁中总糖提取最佳条件的选择,测定紫花地丁不同部位的总糖及还原糖的含量。方法:采用L9(33)正交实验,以料液比、反应时间和盐酸浓度为影响因素,通过蒽酮比色法在624nm处测定其总糖和还原糖的含量。结果:紫花地丁叶片、叶柄、根中总糖的含量分别为11.53%、12.1%、35.80%,还原糖的含量为4.78%、4.44%、11.74%,本实验重现性良好,RSD为1.84%,回收率为97.61%。
Objective: Choosing the best conditions of extracting the total sugar in viola philippicassp munda W. Becker and testing the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in various parts of it. Methods: using orthogonal design L9 ( 3^3 ) to choose the best condition of the ratio of material and solvent, reaction time and concentration of HCI, and testing total sugar and reducing sugar unnder 624 nm by Anthrone colorimetry. Results: The content of total sugar in the leaves, leafstalks and roots is 11.53 %,12.1%, 35.8% respectively, and the content of reducing sugar in the parts above is 4.78 %,4.44 %,11.74 % respectively. The percentage of the experiment is well, RSD is 1.84 % and the Recovery rate is 97.61%.
