通过社会调研及深入理论分析和研究,找准了办学定位、确立了人才培养目标和要求、研究了教学模式、创建了新型育人机制.通过改革方案的全面实施,取得了较好的实践效果.
By means of social survey and theoretical analyses, fix the suitable position of running a school, establish the aims of personnel training, study the teaching mode, set up the new education mechanism. By way of the overall implementation of the reform program, good results have been achieved.
