参芪扶正注射液配合FEC方案治疗乳腺癌

Shenqi-fuzheng Injection Combined with FEC in the Treatment of Breast Carcinoma

目的:评价参芪扶正注射液对乳腺癌术后患者化疗后细胞免疫状态影响及毒副反应。方法:选择乳腺癌术后采用FEC方案联合参芪扶正注射液治疗55例,与单用FEC方案53例进行了治疗前后T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性等检测与比较,并比较两组的毒副反应及生活质量改变。结果:参芪扶正组其细胞免疫能力不同程度提高,而化疗组其细胞免疫能力下降,两组经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0·05),前者毒副反应减轻,且生活质量提高。结论:参芪扶正注射液可作为乳腺癌患者术后化疗的辅助用药,提高免疫能力,减轻化疗的毒副反应。

Objective： To value the cellular immunity state of body and toxic effect of the treatment by chemotherapy combined with Shenqi - fuzheng injection used for breast cancer after operation. Methods： 55 ease with breast carcinoma after operation （group A） were given Shenqi - fuzheng injection combined with FEC, 53 eases were given FEC chemotherapy only（group B）. The ability of T cell and NK cell were examined in both group after treatment, and the toxic effect and living quality were also been compared. Results： The ability of immunocyte was improved in group A, while it was weakened in group B. There was statistical significance （ P 〈0.05 ）. Compared with group B, group A had lower toxic effects and better living quality. Conclusion： Shenqi - fuzheng injection can improve the ability of immunity of body and reduce toxic effects when used in postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer.
