美的侧貌正常儿童Holdaway分析法研究

Holdaway Cephalometric Analysis of Soft-tissue Profile in Children with Normal Occlusion and Beautiful Profile

目的:研究正常美的侧貌人群颅颌面软组织的形态结构特征,以指导正畸临床创造富于个性美的侧貌。方法:从104例正常样本中,按照陈氏唇型分类法中的Ⅱ型、Ⅲ1型及Ⅲ2型“唇型标准”筛选出美的侧貌人群(男12例,女18例)进行Holdaway头影测量分析。结果:得出Holdaway分析法正常值标准。结论:男女颅颌面形态结构特征虽然很相近,但仍存在一定的差异。了解正常美的侧貌人群颅颌面发育特征,有助于诊断和矫治计划的制定。

Objective： To study the morphological characteristic of the craniornaxillofacial soft - tissue in population with normal occlusion and beautiful profile, and to provide guide for orthodontic clinic to create esthetic profile with individual character. Methoils： According to the lip type standard of type Ⅱ , type Ⅲ1 and type Ⅲ2 in Chen＇s lip type classification, 30 teenagers （12 malesand 18 females） with beautiful profile were selected from 104 teenagers with normal occlusion. Holdaway cephalometric analysis method was used to analyze their radiographs, Results; The normal values of Hold,away cephalometric analysis method were established. Coneitlsion： Although both male and female genders have similar craniomaxillofacial morphological characteristic, there stillexists some differences. To understand the developmental characteristic of the craniomaxillofacial region in population with normal occlusion and beautiful profile is contributed to clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
