川芎嗪、维生素B_(12)交替离子导入法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨川芎嗪、维生素B12交替离子导入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:采用LD-2型离子导入仪局部应用川芎嗪、维生素B12药物交替离子导入法,对住院治疗的72例DR病人中自愿受试者46例采用离子导入法治疗,与对照组进行比较。结果:川芎嗪与维生素B12交替离子导入治疗组使视力改善总有效率达73.6%,即使停止治疗1个月复查视力,疗效持续保持率仍达69·7%。远远超过对照组(23.1%)。结论:川芎嗪、维生素B12改善局部视网膜供血和视神经末梢纤维的代谢,促进出血病灶的吸收,从而加快视力功能的提高。 Objective: To investigate the effect of therarneflaylpyrazine and vitB12 alternative inotophoresis treated diabetic refinopathy. Methods: 46 cases (92eyes) were treated with inotophoresis of vitB12 and theramethyipyrazine 26 cases were the contract group.Results: After 10 days treatment, the effect rate of the treated group was 73.6%, even a month after the treatment, the effect rate still reached69.7%, higher than the contract group. Conclusion: Therameflaylpyrazine and vitB12 can improve the metabolic of central and peripheral nerve system, they also can promote the fluency of retina blood system, and the sane time increase the absorb of hemorrhage, then improve the visual acuity of patients.
