摘要
SV1是一种增效范围较广的农用增效剂,对多种杀虫剂具有增效作用。经室内毒力测定,氧化乐果与SV1以1:3(ai)混配对棉蚜防效增加4.19倍,对菜蚜防效增加3.07倍,对麦蚜防效增加2.69倍,对稻飞虱防效增加4.01倍;对鳞翅目幼虫表现为相加作用。杀虫毒力随混配剂中SV1成分的增加而提高,氧化乐果与SV1之比达1:3以上增效才显著。通过网室钵栽和田间防治棉蚜的系统观察,发现在防治效果相仿的情况下,SV1可使氧化乐果药效延长8~9天,用药量减少1/2~4/5。因此,认为SV1与氧化乐果混配,在生产中具有广阔的应用前景。
SV1 has a active synergism and when mixed with various insecticide to control many kind of insect pests.According to the results of our laboratory experiments,the toxicity of the mixture of Omethoat and SV1(1: 3) was increased 4. 19 times thsn that of Single use of omethoat agsinst the cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii), 3. 07 times more against the vegetable aphid(Brevicoryne brassicae), 2. 69 times against the wheat aphid (Toxoptera graminum), and 4. 01times more against the brown plant hopper (Nilaparvata lugens). When the mixture was applied to lepidopterons lavae, however it only showed an additive effect rather than a synergic effect. The toxicity of the mixture was promoted by the increased proportion of SV1 in it. Omethoate and SV1 mixed at a ratio of 1: 3 to 1: 5 resulted in a significant synergic effect. In controlling the cotton sphid, the combination of omethoate and SV1 could maintain the residual effect 8 9 dsys longer than the single use of omethoate, and the consumption of insecticides was reduced to 50%-80%.Therefore, the mixture of omethoate and SV1 can be widely applide plant protection, especially a gainst the insect pests resistant to normal insecticides.
