摘要
栽培大麦与球茎大麦(4X)种间杂种F1的细胞学研究结果表明,杂种F1很尖细胞染色体数2n=21。C-带带型分析展示,7条为母本栽培大麦染色体;14条为父本球茎大麦染色体,与预期结果相符。杂种F1花粉母细胞染色体数平均为20.61。构型为:单价体平均5.86;同型二价体平均5.77;异型二价体平均0.21;三价体平均1.02,有时还由三价体再结合成六价体。用C-带分析异型联会染色体,结果表明,在异型二价体和三价体中的栽培大麦染色体,除染色体5外,其余6组染色体都可能参与联会,以2、3、4、7等4组染色体出现的频率较高。上述异源染色体的联会分析说明,将球茎大麦抗病基因导入栽培大麦是可能的。
Cytological analysis was carried on interspectific hybrid F1 between Hordeum vulgare (2X) and H. bulbosum (4X). The root tip chromosome number of hybrid F1 was 2n=21. C banding showed that 7 chromosomes of the hybrid F1 came from H. vulgare and 14 from H. bulbo sum. The chromosome number in the pollen mother cell of hybrid F1 averaged 20. 61, including uniovalents 5. 86, homomorphic bivalents 5. 77, heteromorphic bivalents 0. 21,trivalents 1. 02,and hexavalents occasionally detected. According to C-banding analysis of the heteromorphic bivalents and trivalents, all the chromosome groups of H. vulgars except group 5 could participate in allosyndisis, and groups 2, 3, 4 and 7 showed higher frequencies than others. The results suggest the possibility to transfer disease resistance gene from H. bulbosum in to H. vulgare.
