饲料中添加Clenbuterol对AA肉鸡瘦肉与脂肪组织的影响

摘要 200只AA肉鸡随机分为两组。试验组鸡从10日龄开始往饲料中添加0.8ppmβ-肾上腺素能受体激动剂Clenbuterol(简写CL);对照组的饲料不添加CL。10、30、60日龄分别称两组鸡的体重。60日龄时随机以接近该组平均体重的鸡各10只(♂♀各半,共20只)进行屠宰测定。结果表明,饲料中添加CL的肉鸡腹脂减少(♂♀23.3±3.1/31.1±7.0g,P<0.05),其中母鸡的腹脂变化显著(24.6±4.5/34.7±6.7g,P<0.05),公鸡不明显(22.3±2.5/27.6±5.4g,P>0.05)。CL使肉鸡的胸肌显著增重(♂♀139.7±19.8/120.4±16.3g,P<0.05),但公鸡、母鸡分别计算则均为P>0.05。虽然30日龄体重(♂♀715±122/674±71g)、60日龄体重(♂♀1504±265/1389±286g,♂1571±261/1448±294,♀1442±259/1336±2019)、全净膛(♂♀939.4±72/901±52g)、腿肉重(♂♀188.3±18.6/182.0±16.3g)的平均数都是CL试验组大于对照组,但均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。 Two hundred AA broiler chickens were radomly divided into two groups. Chickens in the experiment group were fed on a diet with 0.8 ppm Clenbuterol (CL) supplementation from 10 to 59 days of age. The diet for the control group was not supplemented. Body weight were measured at 10, 30 and 60 days of age. On day 60, 10 birds (5 male and 5 female) from each group with nearly the average body weight of their respective groups were slaughtered. The results indicate that CL supplementation depressed abdominal fat in male and female broilers as a whole (23.3±3.1g versus 31.2±7.0g, P<0.05). The depression in female broilers was more significant (24. 6±4. 5 g versus 34.7±6.7g, P<0.05), while not significant in the male (22. 3±2. 5 g versus 27. 6±5. 4 g, P>0. 05), CL supplementation increased breast meat (male and female together, 139. 7±19. 8 g, P<0.05), but when calculated separately for the male and female, the increases were insignificant for both. The body weight at day 30 and day 60, carcass weight and leg meat weight were heavier in CL treated broilers but the differences were not statistically significant.
