重庆市普通高校体育师资队伍现状与发展对策研究

A Study on Present Conditions of P.E. Teachers Structure in the Colleges and Universities in Chongqing and Countermeasures

运用文献法、调查法、数理统计和逻辑比较法等,从整体性、综合性对重庆市普通高校体育专任教师的年龄结构、专业结构、职称结构、学历结构和学缘结构进行了调查研究,指出了重庆市普通高校体育师资队伍上述结构存在不同程度的问题,提出了完善重庆市普通高校体育师资队伍建设的对策。

By means of investigation, statistics and induction, the structure ot P.E. teachers＇ages, professional tilies,educational backgrounds, ideological knowledge and origin at colleges and universities in Chongqing were analyzed by integration and synthesis. It pointed out that the five structures above were irrational in some degree at colleges and universities in Chongqing. The authors put forward countermeasures to perfect the construction of P. E. facuhy at colleges and universities in Chongqing municipality.
