摘要
体育专业学生在学习体育运动技能时,往往会因为种种原因产生心理障碍,严重影响运动技能的正确掌握,文章以背越式跳高教学过程为例,在调研究统计基础上探讨背越式跳高教学二个阶段中,学生不良心理发生变化的规律,并以此为依据,设计了新的对策,经实践证明这种至力于心理障碍发生变化规律的研究,将有利于主动采取对策进行心理训练,从而提高了教学效果。
P. E. majors, while learning sports techniques, tend to have poor psychology, which severely influences their mastery of sports maneuvers. This paper takes the teaching process of roxbury flop as an example,based on the principles of the occurrence and variation of students' poor phychology during the second stage of teaching roxbury flop,producing a new solution to it. It is proven from the results of experiments that the research into the principle of the occurrence and variation of the poor psychology of students is conducive to improving teaching efficiency by adopting corresponding psychological training.
