强腐蚀性循环冷却水系统铜管防腐技术的研究

摘要 针对茂名热电厂以超低硬度水作为补充水的水质特点及凝汽器材质要求,经大量试验筛选出一种主要成分为“PAA-HEDP-BTA”的水质稳定剂,该水质稳定剂是由两种高效铜缓蚀剂与其它阻垢剂一起复配而成的。试验结果表明:该水质稳定剂具有优良的防腐抗氧化性能,能有效防止铜管腐蚀,并且可以与氧化型抗微生物剂NaClO联合使用而不影响其防腐蚀效果。 According to the water quality characteristics of the ultra-low hardness make-up water and the requirements on condenser material in Maoming Cogeneration Power Plant, a kind of water quality stabilizer with “PAA-HEDP-BTA” as the main constituent is selected based on a lot of testing, which is a recomposition of two efficient copper inhibitors and other anti-scaling compound. Test results show that the water quality stabilizer has excellent anticorrosion and antioxygenic property, able to prevent corrosion on copper tubes effectively even used jointly with oxidation type biocide NaCIO.
