油口计算在数字式电液调节系统中的运用

摘要 数字式电液(DEH)调节系统在改造后的机组调试过程中经常出现供油和排油不匹配的现象,其主要原因是节流孔的尺寸不合适。为此,提出用油口计算的方法来确定节流孔尺寸的措施,并以沙角A电厂300MW机组小汽轮机的调节系统改造为例,详细说明了油口计算的方法及在DEH改造中的应用。 The phenomena of mismatched oil supply and drainage often exist in the digital electro-hydraulic (DEH)control system of retrofitted units during commissioning, which are mainly caused by the improper size of the orifices. In this paper.oil port calculation is suggested for determining the orifice dimensions, and the retrofit for the small turbine control system of 300 MW units in Shajiao A Power Station is included for expounding the method of oil port calculation as well as its application in DEH modification.
