摘要 通过分析粤泷发电有限责任公司420t/h无烟煤锅炉改烧非设计煤种(越南鸿基煤)后所出现的炉膛结渣严重、燃烧稳定性差、飞灰可燃物含量高等问题,有针对性地提出混配掺烧等多项技术措施进行处理,取得良好的经济效益。 Due to the shortage of coal supply in China. the two 420 t/h anthracite-fired boilers of a power company in Guangdong have to use non-designed coal. In view of the problems such as serious furnace coking, poor combustion stability and high combustible content in fly ash. multiple measures including mixed coal burning technique were adopted and good economical effects achieved. Thus. reference for coal changing operation of similar boilers is provided.
