本文简单介绍了气动式全自动防盗盖铣字机的结构和气动控制原理,分析了自动循环的动作顺序,说明了PLC的选型,给出了PLC的I/O表及程序的SFC图和梯形图。

The mechanisms and pneumatic control principle of the pneumatic special mill for anti-counterfeited bottle caps were introduced. The procedure of the automatic working cycle was analyzed. The PLC type how to be selected, the hardware I/O chart, the SFC as well as the ladder-shaped chart of the program were presented in this paper.
