摘要
随着机械产品全生命周期设计和研制技术的迅速发展,机械产品的寿命和可靠性大大提高。对于长寿命机械产品的寿命评定,必须采用加速寿命试验方法。通过产品故障机理分析获取加速应力,建立基于加速应力的加速模型,探讨加速寿命试验统计方法,从而得到产品的常规寿命。本文简述了机械产品的加速寿命试验类型,不同加速应力的故障模型及加速寿命试验的其他因素,给出了加速寿命试验数据的统计方法和正常寿命指标估计,从而大大缩短试验时间,节省试验费用。最后,就加速寿命试验方法的发展趋势进行了分析。
With the rapid development of product design and manufacture in life cycle, its life and reliability improve greatly. In order to evaluate the product life with long life, it is necessary to adopt the accelerated life test. Through analyzing the product mechanism, this paper establishes the accelerated life model, investigates the corresponding statistical method, and then provides the normal life of mechanical product. At same time, this paper summarizes the variety of accelerated stresses and provides the model and statistical method in synthetic accelerated stresses so as to decrease the life time and reduce the test cost. Finally, this paper analyzes the progress of accelerated life test.
