舌鳞状细胞癌中Cyclin D1和CDK4的表达及意义

Protein expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 in carcinoma of the tongue

目的:分析细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)和细胞周期素依赖激酶4(CDK4)在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测CyclinD1和CDK4在39例舌癌和15例正常舌黏膜中的蛋白表达,及其与组织学分级和颈部淋巴结状态之间的关系。应用χ2检验分析舌癌中CyclinD1和CDK4与在正常舌黏膜中表达的差异,应用Spearman等级相关分析CyclinD1和CDK4的表达关系。结果:CyclinD1、CDK4在舌癌中的阳性表达率分别为69.2%、61.5%,均高于正常舌黏膜,有显著性差异(P<0.01),CyclinD1和CDK4在舌癌中的表达成正相关(P<0.05),伴有颈部淋巴节转移组的阳性表达率高于无转移组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CyclinD1和CDK4在舌癌组织中呈过表达,并与其发生、发展密切相关。

Objective：To study the expression level of CyclinD1 and CDK4 protein in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue（Tongue SCC）, and their relationship to clinioopathogical factors in 39 patients. Method： Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 in 39 cases of tongue SCC and 15 cases of normal membrane of the tongue. The relationship between Cyclin D1 ,CDK4 protein expression and neck lymph node metastases was analyzed with X2 test and Spearman rank oorrelation. Result：CyclinD1 and CDK4 showed nuclear staining,69.2% of the tumor showed Cyclin D1 positive, and 61.5% showed CDK4 positive. The level of the expression of Cychn D1 protein oorrelated with that of CDK4 （ P 〈 0.05）. Both levels of the expression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 protein oorrelated with histological grade and neck lymph node metastases. Conclusion： Cyclin D1 and CDK4 were overexpressed in tongue SCC, it is closely correlated with its occurrence and development.
