摘要
介绍了数字光调制器的基本原理,结合ECL电流开关在一个实际高速数字系统调制器中的应用,分析了ECL电路的主要特点、工作原理,最后重点分析了如何提高ECL电路在系统中抗干扰能力,并通过实验测出了电路关键器件的参数。
This paper first introduces the basic principles of digital optical modulator. Then the principles and characteristics of the ECL circuit are analysed, which is applied to the modulator of a practical high speed digital system. At last, how to improve the anti-jamming ability in this system and get the parameter of key component based on the test are described in detail.
