Voice has been one of the important subjects researched and examined by numerous grammatical scholars. It contains a great variety of contents and has experienced historical changes. And the research on voice has evolved the new from the old in grammatical world. This essay attempts to make comparisons analyses on the different viewpoints between traditional and systematic-functional grammar.
