先天性巨结肠Rehbein改良根治术49例分析

Analysis of Rehbein Modified Radical Procedure for Congenital Megacolon

目的:介绍先天性巨结肠Rehbein改良根治术式。方法:对49例先天性巨结肠改良Rehbein术进行回顾性分析。结果:49例痊愈48例,死亡1例。肛门失禁3例,污粪2例,均于术后8个月内全部恢复正常,肛门排便功能优良率达97.96%。结论:先天性巨结肠Rehbein改良根治术术后排便功能良好,术后护理方便,具有较高的实用性和安全性。

Objective To introduce the modified Rehbein radical procedure for congenital megacolon Methods Retrospective study of 49 cases of congenital megacolon treated with modified Rehbein radical procedure from December 1993 to December 2003 was made. Results In them, 48 cases were cured with one death. Anal incontinence was found in 3 cases, defile feces in 2 cases, but all these cases recovered by 8 months after operation. The rate of anal defecation function was 97.96%. Conclusion The advantages of modified Radical Rehbein procedure include satisfactory anal defecation function, favorable to and easiness in postoperative nursing, hence a practical and safe operative procedure for congenital megaeolon.
