从中加两国比较看我国实施“双语教学”的不可行性

The Infeasibility of Bilingual Teaching in China from the Comparison befween China and Canada

关于在中国实施双语教学是否可行的问题,许多专家学者都曾探讨过,当然,结论也是不同的。本文主要从中加两国比较的角度探讨了双语教学的涵义,并从师资条件、实施计划等方面说明目前在我国推行双语教学尤其是在中小学是不可行的。

This problem whether it is feasible to implement bilingual teaching in our country has been discussed by many experts. This paper discusses the problem mainly from the angle of comparison between China and Canada and points out that from the aspects of teachers , the measures etc, it is not feasible to implement bilingual teaching in our country , especially in the primary schools and the high schools.
