河南省农村村民心理状态方面存在的主要问题与对策

当前河南省农村村民在心理状态方面存在的主要问题是:一定程度信仰危机的存在;不满情绪的存在;官本位心理严重;许多村民有急功近利、小富即安、轻视竞争、追求平均、炫耀、攀比、从众等传统心理。建议采取的对策包括三方面:大力发展农村经济,加快农业产业化的步伐,大幅度提高农民特别是低收入农民的收入;继续加强民主法治建设,加大反腐败力度采取有效措施;继续加强精神文明建设,通过精神文明建设促进村民心理的现代转化。

At present the main problems in the psychological state of Henan Country Villagers are ： belief crisis to certain degree; universal existence resentment, especially destructive resentment; traditional psychology for many villagers such as eagerness for quick success and instant benefit; making light of competition; pursuing average, showing off ect. The counter- measures including three aspects： greatly develop countryside economy, speed up agricultural industrialization, greatly increase peasants＇ income ; continually enforce the construction of democracy and rule by law, take effective measures to countercorruption ;Strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization , thus to promote the villages＇ psychology to modem state.
