灰关联熵分析法在工程评标中的应用

Application of Gray Releation Entropy Theory in Evaluation of Construction Project Biding

评标是工程项目招标程序中极为重要的环节。本文基于邓聚龙灰关联分析法理论，研究了灰关联熵分析法用于工程项目评标的原理和步骤，建立了灰关联熵分析法的评标模型。从而在一定程度上消除了以往评标工作中由于专家的主观性、随意性和倾向性所带的偏差。并通过实例对该模型进行了实证研究，表明了该方法的有效性。

It is very important to evaluate a biding of construction project. Based on Deng Julong＇s Gray Relation theory, the method and program of gray relation entropy analysis for evaluating a biding of construction project are researched in his paper. To some degree, it eliminates the difference caused by expert＇s subjectivity, liberty and partiality in before evaluation of construction project biding. Finally, through the simulation study with practical example ,the model presented very godd performance.
