LactoSorb内固定系统治疗颌面部骨折的临床观察

摘要 目的观察LactoSorb内固定系统应用于颌面部骨折的临床效果.方法对23例颌面部骨折的患者用LactoSorb内固定系统术后6、9、12、18、24个月时复查伤口愈合、骨段固定、咬合关系,并行三维CT和(或)全景片检查.结果 23例患者局部伤口、骨段愈合均良好,咬合关系正常.术后2年螺钉的空洞完全被正常的骨小梁代替.结论 LactoSorb系统具有良好的内固定作用,植入人体后18~24个月完全降解,基本满足临床治疗的需要. Objective To observe various physiological response caused by the implanted LactoSorb Internal Fixation Devices used for fixation of maxillofacial fracture and evaluate the long-term outcome by radiographic examination. Methods 23 patients who had undergone maxillofacial fracture, fixed with LactoSorb Internal Fixation Devices, were followed-up for 6, 9, 12, 18,24 months postoperatively with radiographs, and the wound healing, bone fixation and occlusion were checked and recorded.Result All 23 patients showed satisfactory recovery of wound and the bone fracture and good occlusion. The screw holes were filled by trabectdar bone by 2 years postoperatively. Conclusion LactoSorb Internal Fixation Devices offered good internal fixation for the fractured jaws, It was resorbed without osteolysis by 18 to 24 months after surgery and that met the clinical demands.
