The Fitness of the Co-Cr-Mo Alloys Crown

摘要 目的研究钛莱特(TILITE)含钛合金的冠适合性,为钛合金的临床应用提供实验依据.方法模拟双尖牙牙体预备后的外形,制作有机玻璃模具20件.在石膏模型上制作帽状冠的蜡型,厚度为0.3~0.5 mm.试件随机分成2组,每组10件,磷酸盐包埋材料真空包埋.用含钛合金、VB钢铸造.Hy-Bond Glassionomer黏结材料黏结.黏结后的标本用自凝塑料包埋.沿模具底座中部纵向剖开.体视显微镜测量试件10个部位黏结剂的厚度.每点分别在2个半侧面上测2次,取平均值.结果钛合金修复体边缘间隙为(63.4±7.63) μm、肩台间隙为(49.7±5.64) μm、轴面间隙为(46.8±7.58) μm、牙合面浮升量为(57.6±7.25) μm,与VB钢比较,其边缘适合性、肩台适合性、轴面适合性及牙合面浮伸量均无显著性差异.结论钛合金具有良好的适合性,可满足临床要求. Objective To investigate the crown fitness of the Ni-Cr alloys with Titanium for clinical purpose. Methods 20 crown specimens, with the shape as per-molar after preparation, were grouped equally into ten: casts with Ni-Cr alloys with Titanium and VB alloys respectively. Each specimen was sandblasted with alumina and bonded with Hy-Bond Glassionomer. After bonding, the specimens were embedded with self caring acrylic resin and cut longitudinally along the middle line. 10 spots of the gap between the crown and the specimens were measured with stereomicroscope. Results The margin gap of the crowns was (63.4 ±7.63)μm, the shoulder gap (49.7±5.64)μm, the axial wall gap (46.8±7.58)μm, and the oeelusal lift amount was (57.6±7.25)μm. Conclusion The alloy has good fitness and can meet the clinical demand.
