联合应用胶原膜与生物活性玻璃引导牙槽骨再生的X射线能谱分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察联合应用可吸收性胶原膜和生物活性玻璃对牙槽骨的再生作用。方法4只杂种犬的前磨牙区用人工去骨及正畸结扎丝结扎法建立重度牙槽骨水平缺损模型,同体对照,分别植入胶原膜和(或)生物活性玻璃,24周后对新生骨与牙根结合界面进行X射线能谱分析。结果胶原膜联合生物活性玻璃组的新生牙槽骨钙/磷比值为1.72±0.14,接近正常对照组的钙/磷比值1.79±0.04。结论联合应用胶原膜和生物活性玻璃可明显提高牙槽骨再生能力。
