《中华男科学》随机对照临床治疗试验文献方法学评价

Methodological Evaluation of Randomized Controlled Clinical Therapeutic Trials Published in the National Journal of Andrology

目的:评价《中华男科学》随机对照临床治疗试验论文的设计和撰写现状。方法:逐期逐页手工检索《中华男科学》2000～2004年发表的临床治疗试验文献,根据Cochrane中心手检指南对其中的RCT进行严格鉴定。结果:35期中共刊登临床治疗研究论著111篇,其中RCT30篇。结论:《中华男科学》随机对照临床治疗试验论文取得一定成绩,但存在一些问题,其质量仍有待提高。

Objective： To evaluate the current situation of the design of randomized controlled trials （RCT） pubhshed in the National Journal of Andrology from 2000 to 2004. Methods： The clinical therapeutic studies in the National Journal of Andrology from 2000 to 2004 were checked over page by page to identify strictly the randomized controlled trials according to Cochrane centerh and search guideline. Results： One- hundred and eleven articles on clinical therapeutic trials, including 30 RCTs, were published in 35 issues of the National Journal of Andrology. Conclusion： The quality of RCT papers published in the National Journal of Andrology remains to be improved.
