Noninvasive Fungal Sinusitis Treated by Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

目的:评价鼻内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的手术方法及疗效。方法:对临床回顾性分析,64非侵袭型霉菌性鼻窦炎病人采用了以鼻内窥镜手术为主的治疗,辅以术后常规鼻窦镜随访换药,随访时间12～24个月。结果:59例一期愈合,4例二期愈合,1例术后复发而再次手术。结论:鼻内窥镜手术是治疗非侵袭型霉菌性鼻窦炎有效手段,术后随访换药是保证手术成功的重要环节。

Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of nasal endoscopic surgery for noninvasive fungal sinusitis. Methods：The study was performed retrospectively and includes 64 noninvasive fungal sinusitis patients who were undergone nasal endoscopic surgery between 1999 and 2004 followed by regular management under nasal endoscopic for 6 - 18 months post - surgery. Results：All patients recovered in 12 - 24 months follow - up with primary cure of 59 cases, postponed cure of 4 cases and relapse of 1 case which had to stiffer second surgery. Conclusion： Nasal endoscopic surgery is an available technique for treating noninvasive fungal sinusitis and post - surgery follow - up is important for preventing relapse of fungal sinusitis.
