股骨头缺血坏死的MRI诊断

Diagnosis of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head from MRI

目的:探讨股骨头缺血坏死(ANFH)的MRI表现及诊断。材料与方法:34例双侧髋关节行MRI检查,全部病例均行SET1WI,FSET2WI和T2WI+压脂,横轴位及冠状位扫描。结果:34例50髋中,双髋16例、单髋18例。综合影像学特点,依据Kukobo等五期分期标准,0期0髋,Ⅰ期21髋,Ⅱ期14髋,Ⅲ期9髋,Ⅳ期6髋。髋关节积液可见于股骨头缺血的各期,其积液量常与骨质破坏相一致。结论:MRI能够准确显示ANFH的范围、程度及信号特征,对ANFH能实现早期诊断及分期。

Ohjectiove：to sudy the characteristics of avascular necrosis of femoral head（ANFH）on MRI.Meterials and methocls：MR scanning of hip joint was performed using SE and FSE sequence,T1WI,T2WI and T2WI with inversion recovery scanning,both coronal and axial,were performed in patients.Results：50 Fifty hips in 34 cases with 16 hips bilateral and 18 unilateral,Acconding to the imaging findings,based on knkobo classification,21 hips were stageⅠ,14 hiips were stage Ⅱ,9hips were stageⅢ and 6 hips were stage Ⅳ,Conclusion：MRI was a useful and accurate method in the diagnosis of the early stage of ANFH.and its extent ,degree and lcey feature could be shown correctly on MRI.
