阵发性室上性心动过速后电张调整性T波变化的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)后T波变化规律及临床意义。方法:对216例PSVT患者待其PSVT终止后连续观察心电图是否存在T波变化(其中4例因冠心病排除在外),如3天内T波无变化则放弃观察,如T波出现变化则继续观察直至T波完全恢复正常为止,同时排除原发性T波变化的因素干扰。结果:在212例患者PSVT终止后出现T波变化者46例,占总数的22%,且T波变化的几率、持续时间、T波倒置幅度与PSVT持续时间、心室率呈现一定规律性。结论:PSVT患者在PSVT终止后出现T波变化,要考虑电张调整的因素,而这种T波变化是异常除极后心肌的一种正常电生理表现形式,而非原发性T波变化。 Objective: To explore the regularity and clinical significance of T wave abnormalities after paroxysmal supraventficular tachycardia (PSVT). Methods: The electrocardiograms (ECG) of 216 patients suffering from PSVT were observed to see whether there was any abnormalities of T wave after termination of PSVT. (4 cases of coronary heart disease were excepted). The observation to ECG of those, Cases without T wave abnormalities after three days were also stopped. If there were T wave abnormalities, observation was continued till it stopped. Disturbances from the factor of essential T wave abnormalities were also excepted. Results: out of 212 cases, 46 cases had T wave abnormalities after the termination of PSVT, accounting for 22%. There is a regular relation between the incidence, duration, range of the T wave abnormalities and duration of PSVT and the ventficular throb rate during PSVT. Conclusion: In the T wave abnormalities PSVT patients after the termination of PSVT, the factor of the electronic modulation must be considered. The electronic modulation of the T wave is a normal electrophysiological manifestation of heart muscle after an abnormal depolarization. Therefore, these T wave abnormalities are not essential.
