手术加铂类为基础化疗治疗原发性腹膜癌临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Primary Peritoneal Carcinoma Treated with Surgery and Platin-Based Chemotherapy

目的:回顾性分析手术加铂类为基础化疗治疗原发性腹膜癌的疗效和预后。方法:对1999年1月～2003年12月在本院治疗的11例原发性腹膜癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:全部病例均施行肿瘤细胞减瘤术,术后予以铂类为基础化疗。11例中位生存期为30个月,二年生存率63.6%,三年生存率45.5%。残余瘤小于1cm的2年生存率为77.8%。血浆CA125均增高,经术后化疗,10例降到正常,肿瘤复发时均又升高。结论:对原发性腹膜癌行肿瘤细胞减瘤术加以铂类为基础的化疗可改善预后,延长生存期。

Objective： To analyze the effect and prognosis of primary peritoneal carcinoma treated with surgery and platinbased chemotherapy. Methods： 11 cases of primary peritoneal carcinoma treated in our hospital from 1999 to 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All patients had cytoreductive surgery and received platin - based chemotherapy postoperatively. The median survival time reached 30 months. The median survival time for all patients was 30 months. The 2 - year survival was 63.6%, the 3 - year survival was 45.5%. The 2 - year survival of patients with postoperative residual masses less than 1 cm was 77.8%. CA 125 of all patients were high, CA125 was normal postoperatively and abnormal when the disease had recurred. Conclusion： Long- term survival can be achieved in primary peritoneal carcinoma patients by cytoreductive surgery and platin- based chemotherapy.
