Expression and clinical significance of Cyr61,CTGF and Nov genes in hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨CCN家族成员Cyr61、CTGF和Nov基因在肝细胞癌中的表达及其与肝癌的病理特征和侵袭转移的关系.方法采用半定量的RT-PCR方法分析31例肝癌组织和癌旁肝组织中Cyr61、CTGF和Nov基因的表达,并分析其表达与肝细胞癌的临床病理特征的关系.结果 31例肝癌组织中Cyr61和CTGF基因表达量均较癌旁组织高(P<0.01).镜下存在静脉浸润的HCC组织中Cyr61基因和CTGF基因表达量明显高于镜下无静脉浸润的HCC组织,Edmondson分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ的HCC组织中CTGF基因表达量明显高于Edmondson分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ的HCC组织的表达量(P<0.05).结论 Cyr61、CTGF基因可能在肝癌的发生过程中起重要作用,在肝细胞癌部分病理特征方面存在表达上的差异,提示其可能与肝细胞癌的侵袭转移相关. Objective To investigate the expression of Cyr61, CTGF and Nov mRNA in hepatoeellular carcinoma (HCC) and explore its relation to pathological features and metastasis of HCC.Methods The expression of Cyr61, CTGF and Nov mRNA was determined with semi quantitative RT-PCR in samples of HCC and neighboring non cancerous tissues from 31 patients with HCC.Meanwhile, the relation of the expression to copathological features of HCC was investigated. Resuits The level of expression of Cyr61 and CTGF genes was significantly higher in the carcinoma tissue than in the neighboring non-cancerous tissue. Meanwhile, it was markedly higher in HCC with venous invasion than in that without. Conclusions The Cyr61 and CTGF genes might play an important role in hepatocellular carcinogenesis and be correlated to metastasis of the carcinoma.
