摘要
目的观察选择性破坏胰岛A细胞大鼠空肠肌电变化,分析肠麻痹的产生机制,探讨胰岛A细胞与胆碱能神经之间的内在联系。方法对照组肌注生理盐水,实验组肌注1%硝酸钴盐液,注药后动态观察大鼠空肠平滑肌电及肠麻痹出现时间。结果实验组大鼠肠电快波频率及快波出现率减少,肠电快波出现时间明显晚于对照组,即实验组肠麻痹时间明显延长。结论肠麻痹的发生与肠壁ACh减少有关,说明胰岛A细胞与空肠胆碱能神经功能之间存在内在联系。
Objective To observe the change of myoelectricity (ME) of ratjejunums whose islet A cells had been damaged,and analyzed the pathogenesis of enteroplegia to probe into internal relation between the Islet A cells and cholinergic nerve. Methods The control group were muscularly injected with the normal saline, and the experimental groups were muscularly injected with the normal saline. Observed the myoelectricity (ME) of rat jejunums and the appearance time of enteroplegia after injection. Results The frequency and the rate of fast--wave reduced,and the appearance time of fast--wave was obviously later than the control group. Namely,the time of enteroplegia was obviously increased. Conclusions Emergence of enteroplegia is related to the reduction in acetylcholine. There are internal relations between islet A cells and the function of jejunum cholinergic nerves.
